When will my order ship?
Every QRMA piece is printed to order. Production usually takes a few business days, then your order ships with tracking. You’ll get the tracking number by email as soon as it’s on its way.
How do I find my size?
Each product page has a Size Guide next to the size buttons with exact measurements. Our tees are a classic unisex fit. If you’re between sizes or like a looser feel, size up.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Because items are made to order, we can’t accept returns for change of mind, but if your item arrives damaged, misprinted or defective, contact us and we’ll make it right. See Shipping & Returns for the full policy.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping email, or log in to My Account to see your order status.
Do you do team or club orders?
We’d love to hear from your team. Send us a message with the topic “Team / Bulk Orders” and tell us roughly how many pieces you need.
